Bio
I grew up in Merrill and studied Forest Management at UW-Madison. I enjoy camping, skiing, kayaking, and hiking. Growing up, I was always interested in Biology and spent most of my time outdoors. Practicing forestry allows me to combine my interests while helping maintain healthy, productive, and sustainable forests. Visiting with landowners and assisting them with their property goals is the most rewarding part of being a forester.
What I like about Forest County: I feel right at home in a small community. The surrounding forests provide excellent opportunities for almost every kind of outdoor recreation you can imagine.
Counties Served
There are also many cooperating foresters who are able to assist you. Cooperating Foresters are consulting foresters or industrial foresters who voluntarily enter into a cooperative agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR). Consulting foresters are private-sector foresters who provide forestry services on a contract or fee basis and who represent the interests of private forest landowners.
