I have been the forester for Fond du Lac County for the past 21 years. I assist private landowners with a wide range of forest management projects including tree planting, invasive species identification and control, timber sales, storm salvage, wildlife habitat improvement, and property visits. Helping landowners achieve their forest objectives is the most rewarding part of being a forester.
What I like about Fond du Lac County: Tremendous variety – from the kettles and drumlins in the east, the bur oak and hickory forests in the west, and Lake Winnebago in the north.
