About me: I studied Forestry at UW-Stevens Point. I wanted to work outdoors, and helping manage forests on state and private lands has been a great fit. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, canoeing, xc skiing, anything that gets me outside.
What I like about Sauk County: The Townships are very diverse, from sandy soils with jack pine to the rich Baraboo Hills growing red oak and sugar maple. The big blocks of forest here are recognized for their wildlife benefits.
Meeting landowners and helping them achieve their goals is a rewarding part of being a forester.
