Shiitake Mushroom Inoculation Workshop

Join the Kickapoo Woods Cooperative for a fun and informational day at the Krause Farm and learn how to inoculate logs with shiitake mushroom spawn. Growing Shiitake Mushrooms is easy for even beginners and yields a healthy dose of Vitamin D!  Participants will take an inoculated log home with them at the end of the workshop.
