Scott Bowe, UW-Madison Professor and Forest Products Specialist in the Department of Forest and Wildlife Ecology and Superintendent of Kemp Natural Resources Station, joins the Maple Hour to discuss forest products found in the sugarbush. They’ll look at maple timber products from Wisconsin and compare the economic value of maple sap harvesting.
