Bio

I grew up in Southern Illinois and received my degree in Forest Resource Management at Southern Illinois University (SIU). I continued my education through a Master’s Degree at SIU studying forest composition in a nine-county region of Northern Wisconsin. In my free time, I enjoy fishing, hunting, kayaking, gardening, and spending time with my family.  From a young age, I knew I wanted to work outdoors like my father who also works in the same field.

What I like about Marinette County: The rural setting with a small town feel and kind people remind me of where I grew up. There is a good mixture of public and private lands that support agriculture, mixed hardwood and pine forests, abundant wildlife, and many outdoor recreational opportunities.
