I graduated from UW-Stevens Point in 1984 with a degree in Forest Management and earned a Master’s degree in 1990 in Forest Management from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay Ontario. I have practiced forestry in Ontario, Michigan, and Wisconsin since 1985. I enjoy hunting, dog training, woodworking, and working on my land. As a kid, most of my summers were spent roaming the forests and lakes around Solon Springs, WI where I developed my appreciation for forests. Helping landowners achieve their forest objectives is the most rewarding part of being a forester.
What I like about Lincoln County: The wide range of timber types and diverse species. Lots of places to hunt make it a great place to live and the people are very down-to-earth.
