I was born and raised in rural Sawyer County and graduated from UW-Stevens Point with a degree in Forest Administration. When I am not working, I like to be in the outdoors doing activities such as hunting, cutting firewood and exercising. My interests in forestry began when I was working at a private tree nursery while in high school.
What I like about Sawyer County: Sawyer County has many resources to take advantage of in terms of recreation, work life and balance. The forest resource is diverse and has contributed to the local economy for many years.
