Bio
I grew up in Kingsford, MI. I earned a degree in Forest Management from Michigan Technological University. I started with the Wisconsin DNR in 2019 and previously worked as a forester for a private company and for the County of Florence. In my free time, I enjoy my family, hunting, fishing, and gardening. Growing up, I loved being in the woods. My dad instilled in me an appreciation for the forests and the things that live in it. I now understand first-hand that a healthy forest provides many opportunities.
What I like about Florence County: The people and setting are both wonderful. I appreciate our rural landscape with the abundant recreational activities.

There are also many cooperating foresters who are able to assist you. Cooperating Foresters are consulting foresters or industrial foresters who voluntarily enter into a cooperative agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR). Consulting foresters are private-sector foresters who provide forestry services on a contract or fee basis and who represent the interests of private forest landowners.
