I grew up outside of Tomah, WI and studied Forest Management at UW-Stevens Point. In my free time, I enjoy a variety of outdoor recreation including camping, gardening, snowshoeing, cutting firewood, hunting, and fishing. I always knew I wanted to work outdoors and growing up, I had a deep appreciation for forests. Now I understand the wide array of services a healthy forest provides. Helping landowners achieve their forest objectives is the most rewarding part of being a forester.
What I like about Douglas County: The privacy and the abundant public lands.

I was born and raised in Langlade County! I always knew I wanted to work outdoors, and I pursued this interest by going to UW-Stevens Point where I studied Forest Management. In my free time, I enjoy camping, gardening, hunting, fishing, and hiking in the great outdoors with my dog. My love and appreciation for forests continue to grow every day. Helping landowners achieve their forest objectives is the most rewarding part of being a forester.
What I like about Douglas County: The incredible amount of public land! I love working with the people. It also has abundant recreational opportunities for all ages.

About me: Growing up in Douglas County I had the opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors from a young age. My interest in the outdoors led me to attend UW-Stevens Point where I graduated in 2007 with a degree in Forestry. I have worked in many areas around the state and my family and I are excited to be living here. When I have time I enjoy cooking and gardening on top of hunting, fishing, and camping.
What I like about Bayfield County: There’s so much room to explore the outdoors, but we’re not so far out there that we can’t enjoy going to dinner or a movie. There’s a balance you can’t find in other places.
