I grew up in Onalaska and studied forest
science and business at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. In my free time,
I enjoy golf, camping, hunting, and fishing. I have always wanted to manage
land in a way that benefits it on a larger scale for the future. Working with
private landowners helps accomplish this goal.
What I like about Monroe County: The county has a variety of cover types; from rolling farmland to pine forests. I grew up camping and fishing around the area. The rolling hills covered in tall oaks and the clearwater creeks filled with trout in this part of the state are exceptional.
